This auction is for a good Daiwa Sealine 47H reel. The reel finish shows minor wear from normal use. Mechanically the reel is missing the anti reverse knob on the left side. shouldnt be hard to replace but my reel repair man passed away.Cosmetically it is in good condition with all the decals inplace. Newell P344-J Fishing Reel - Rare / Very Good Condition

Up for auction is a lightly used original Newell P344-J fishing reel. This reel is in very good condition with no major cosmetic flaws, rated at 9 out of 10 on looks and function. This P-series Newell reel is constructed of corrosion resistant aluminum and stainless steel components. The reel has a huge line capacity, holding 440 yards of 30# mono line. Alternative line capacities are: (350 yards of 40# or 280 yards of 50#). It has a fast retrieve 5 to 1 gear ratio that can wind about 35 1/2" of line per turn of the handle. The drag is smooth, the spool spins extremely well in freespool mode and the clicker loud when engaged. The reel has the top cross-post for securing the hook of the jig and the aluminum clamp with stainless hardware. This is an original P-series Newell reel from the 80's.
